By creating an account, uploading images, or otherwise using imgse.com, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and possess full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

imgse.com provides online image hosting and sharing services for both guest (anonymous) and registered users:

• Guest (Non-logged-in) Uploads: As a temporary hosting service, images uploaded by guests have a fixed lifespan. The system will automatically delete and prune guest uploads after 1 month (30 days).
• Registered User Uploads: If you need to store and retain your images long-term, please create an account and log in before uploading.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature (including file size limits, storage quotas, bandwidth, and format support) at any time without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all images and content uploaded, hosted, or distributed through your account, network connection, or IP address.

imgse.com strictly prohibits uploading, hosting, or linking to content containing:

• Pornography & Adult Content (Zero Tolerance): This website does NOT support and strictly prohibits any pornographic content. This includes, but is not limited to, sexually explicit imagery, depictions of sexual acts, genital close-ups, obscene material, solicitation, and any adult-restricted (NSFW/R18) visual material.
• Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse (CSAM): Any form of child sexual abuse material, exploitation, or explicit imagery involving minors. Violations will result in immediate permanent bans and immediate reporting to law enforcement and international monitoring organizations.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights without legal authorization.
• Malware & Fraud: Files containing computer viruses, trojans, malicious scripts, or materials used for phishing, fraud, or spam promotion.
• Extreme Violence, Hate Speech & Harassment: Content promoting terrorism, extreme violence, gore, self-harm, hate speech, inciting crime, or personal harassment and privacy violations.
• Automated Abuse & Attacks: Malicious batch uploading via scripts, bots, proxies, botnets, or intentional bypasses of rate limiting or flood mitigation.

1. User Ownership: You retain full ownership of all images uploaded to imgse.com for which you hold valid copyright.

2. Necessary Operational License: To provide image storage, thumbnail rendering, delivery, and technical backups, you grant imgse.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license solely to process and display such files within the scope required to operate the service.

3. Copyright Infringement (DMCA): If copyright owners believe any image infringes their rights, please send proper notice and URLs to our official support email for prompt removal.

1. Automatic Guest Pruning: Images uploaded by non-logged-in guests are retained for 1 month (30 days), after which they are permanently and irreversibly purged by the system.

2. Non-Archival Repository: imgse.com is not intended as a permanent archival or sole backup medium. Users are strongly advised to keep independent local backups.

3. Dead Link & Policy Cleanups: We reserve the right to remove abandoned images with zero traffic, abusive uploads, or policy-violating items at any time.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. imgse.com disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation. We do not guarantee zero downtime or protection against data loss caused by force majeure or routine cleanups.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, imgse.com and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

For violations of these Terms (especially uploading pornography, violent content, infringement, or system abuse), we reserve the right to delete images, ban accounts, block IP addresses, or filter domains immediately without prior notice.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms in accordance with business and legal requirements. Revised terms become effective immediately upon posting on imgse.com.
